At SZNS, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, we are here to help.

Exchange Period:

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
• Items must have all original tags and packaging.
• Only items purchased directly from SZNS are eligible for exchange.
